MISSIONS :
- Ensure that training sessions are accurately recorded and tracked in the calendars.
- Handle the administrative management of participants’ absences.
- Create and optimise the composition of training groups.
- Ensure that the logistics of the training sessions run smoothly.
- Prepare activity reports and dashboards for senior management.
- Monitor the department’s key performance indicators.
- Actively participate in coordination meetings with other organisations to discuss current and future training programmes.
- Ensure the flow of information between the various departments.
- Search for new training courses and providers at the request of management or following feedback and concerns raised by staff.
PROFILE :
- You are eligible for the Youth Employment Scheme (minus (aged 30 or under and with a maximum of a GCSE)
- You have successfully gained initial experience in an administrative role (experience in an HR or training department is a significant advantage).
- You are thorough, organised and able to manage priorities independently.
- You are a people person and enjoy working in a team and interacting with others cross-departmental.
- You are proficient in using standard IT tools (shared calendars, Excel/dashboards).
- You take the initiative and show a proactive approach to finding the best training solutions.

- A long-term contract determined (3 months, renewable) – 20 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing working hours
