Aide et Soins à Domicile en Brabant wallon is recruiting:
A full-time social worker (M/F/X) - 3-month fixed-term contract (renewable) to work in the Jodoigne/Grez-Doiceau area.
MISSION :
- Reinforcement for the existing team of social workers.
- Team management
- Assessing needs and implementing the response
- Monitoring care and quality of assistance
- Scheduling and carrying out home visits on the basis of criteria defined by management, in line with the standards set by the subsidising authorities and after consultation with the social workers
- Putting together and monitoring the social file, specific to each beneficiary, taking care to develop a relevant and complete argument of the situation, and using the IT tools provided
- Understanding and good command of legislation and administrative instructions
- Compliance with the rules of professional ethics, the duty of discretion, professional secrecy and shared secrecy
- Ongoing collaboration with all DSA internal departments
- Involvement in interdisciplinary home help and care work, and referral to other professionals for all actions beyond his/her remit
PROFILE :
- Diploma required: Baccalaureate in social work indispensable.
- Driving licence and personal vehicle essential.
- Living near or in Walloon Brabant
- Autonomy, initiative, sense of responsibility and organisation
- People skills, listening skills, ability to build relationships
- Ability to adapt
- Ability to analyse and take positions
- Ability to communicate orally, write, argue, summarise and share information
- Rigorous administrative follow-up
- Ability to understand and use sector-specific legislation
- Use of IT tools
