Social domestic helper

Social domestic help is assistance with housekeeping. from housing with a social approach. The aim is to enable people to live at home in a clean environment., pleasant and secure while providing a caring presence, practical support and active listening.

As required

Help with housekeeping: cleaning living areas, washing and putting away dishes, changing bed sheets, doing laundry and ironing.
Emotional support: reassuring presence, encouraging independence, combating isolation, etc.

Organisation designed for wellbeing at home

A social worker first visits the home to assess the situation and organise personalised support. Together, the frequency and duration of services are determined based on the beneficiary's needs and the service's availability.

Under the supervision of the social worker, and in collaboration with other home care providers, our staff are informed of the situation and work as a team to ensure continuity of service and adapt as best as possible to needs.

Telephone hotline

Our service is available by telephone Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. at 4:30 p.m. For emergencies only, our on-call service is available by telephone outside our opening hours, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
