MISSIONS :
- Receive and follow up on incoming telephone calls (beneficiaries, service providers, hospitals, etc.)
- Analyse new requests and pass them on to the coordinators if necessary
- Managing urgent requests
- Preparing visit files
- Drawing up meeting minutes
- Completing and updating databases of care and assistance providers
- Planning meetings
- Manage agreements with service providers

- Management of the department's shared mailbox
- Management of the beneficiary tracking tool
- Encoding files

PROFILE :
- Being in the right conditions Youth employment (maximum CESS, under 30)
- Have a secretarial qualification or equivalent through experience
- Excellent command of computers and Microsoft Office applications
- Organisational skills (priority management)
- Ability to work under pressure (stress management)
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to adapt
