MISSION :
As a social housekeeper, you will promote the well-being of people who are losing their independence and improve their living conditions by keeping their homes clean. Your presence also helps to combat social isolation.
The household help acts in the presence of the beneficiary, respecting their habits.
- Housekeeping in the homes of people losing their independence
- Insure ironing at home
- Be attentive to the beneficiary's situation hygiene or home improvements
- Encourage beneficiaries to develop, maintain or restore their independence.
- Listening to the beneficiary's situation
PROFILE :
- No specific training required but experience in a similar field is an asset
- Live in the area or within 20 minutes of it
- Holder of the B licence and in possession of a personal vehicle
- Being in the right conditions APE
- Have a sense of contact human and great listening skills
- Demonstrate know-how in the field of housekeeping
- Ability to work in an organised department and as part of a team
- Knowledge work at interdisciplinary referring to other professionals for all tasks beyond his/her competence
- Knowing how to adapt your work to situations in the home
- Knowing how to work autonomous
- Ability to observe, reflect and analyse
