We are recruiting several nurses on permanent contracts to work in various areas of Walloon Brabant.
MISSION:
As part of a team and in an interdisciplinary work environment, the nurse's mission is to ensure thecomprehensive home care (simple and technical care) to a group of assigned patients, in order to maintain, improve or restore their health and wellbeing and promote their independence.
As a home care professional, you maintain close relationships with your patients and ensure the smooth flow of information within the team to guarantee continuity of care.
PROFILE:
- You have a bachelor's degree or a diploma in nursing
- You place the’human at the centre of your interests
- You prioritise quality and continuity of care
- You are dynamic, organised, reliable, flexible and conscientiousd
- You are rigorous in monitoring your files
- You hold a category B driving licence.
